In this edition of Global Oslo Music, we invite you to a concert with Patrick Vedlog, performer of Bansuri, in collaboration with Suvrat Apte on Tabla. They are joined by Naïd Mubalegh on supportive Bansuri. The music is based on Indian ragas, we are promised a combination of beautiful old Indian traditions that are improvised over.
In a conversation with the performers, we will also gain insight into the musical traditions they work within.
